We are regular visitors to Hotel Ravine. But we were a bit disappointed during this stay. The staff are not as cooperative as before, and the quality of the complimentary breakfast has also decreased. No doubt that the property is vast & beautiful and has everything in it, but as it has become a bit old so requires a little more maintenance & care.

Location: Location was excellent and view from room was breathtaking. All points , restaurants, market quickly accessible. Rate 5 Room: Family room with view was having huge balcony where you can peacefully seat and enjoy sunset. Rooms were clean and comfortable for family of four. Rate 5 Food: Breakfast was included and the test was good. Good spread to cover all kinds of taste. Though food was little oily. Rate 4 Spa: pls don’t visit. No value for money. The employee was rude and not welcoming. spouse also have similar experience. Rate 1 Overall Rating 4

Overall it was a good stay wrt price charged. Do not have free space for a walk in or around the prperty , it is too much occipied with construction they have. Hotel Food quality is not upto mark wrt price charged, could be improved further specially b'fast repetations.

The hotel has become quiet old and its staff too nobody has customer friendly nature, they doing work for the hake of doing it. This is my regular Stay place & One if the Selected Few Hotel but this time experience was very bad, i have always Used Room 120/220 I had very bad experience this time the moment i checked in i found 1. Bathroom were not cleaned and clear mark of previous clients were clearly visible which gave very bad feel. 2.Room was having too much dust on floor as well as well on Bed. 3.The moment i took remote of Tv it was already broken and in two pieces in my hand. 4.Midnight when i took remote of Ac was also not working as it was hot climate. 5.Reception staff was too lousy and manner less as nothing new has happened and regret of uncomforting to the Guest. i am surprised !!!

Reception team is OK.NOT GREAT IN TELLING WONDER OF HOTEL (2) BREAKFAST OK (3) SERVICE STAFF NOT GREAT AT TELLING CLIENTS OF OPTIONS (4) OUR STAY WAS AVERAGE - NOTHING NEGATIVE - NOTHING EXCITING (5) SEND RAVINE TEAM TO BEST HOTELS IN 2 LEVELS HIGHER THEN RAVINE PRICES ,FACILITIES TO EXCEL
RAVINE CAN DO IT. THEY HV 2 GD PTS. SUPER VIEW ,GREAT TENNIS COURTS , GREAT PLACE TO WALK AROUND. RAVINE MUST USE THEIR GD PTS TO EXCELLL IN POINTS I MENTIONED

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ravine Hotel in Panchgani, and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the valley right from the property. It’s perfect for those who appreciate nature and the serenity of the hills.
The room quality was excellent—spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. It felt like a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the area. The highlight for me was the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options, and the food quality was top-notch, setting a great tone for the day.
Overall, I highly recommend Ravine Hotel for anyone visiting Panchgani. The combination of location, comfort, and excellent service made my stay memorable.

My stay at Ravine Hotel was enjoyable. The location and the views from both the room and the hotel are fantastic, especially with the beautiful sunset views. The waiter was very helpful and assisted in choosing great food.

Niceone hotel for family stay specially kids and couples. ###Nice food quality ###housekeeping is very good. ###Staff is very nice and supportive. ###Parking is good. ###Rooms is clean and spacious. ###Gym is very good ###Hotel location is superb.
